There also are "sharls" that may prove necessary. You can find light, dark, fire, water, wood, and gold stoans. This process requires that you have enough magical "stoans" to power the process. When a monster has been fused to the point where it can no longer advance levels, then you may be able to evolve it into a stronger variety. Otherwise, you're just wasting valuable resources. If you fuse monsters from there, make sure that you limit your choices to the ones that offer stat boosts, not the ones that exist solely to pad your experience points. ![]() When a monster reaches its maximum level, the "Max" text will appear. This seems to increase the chance of your primary monster developing better luck (so you find better loot in battles), and it increases the likelihood that you will get a random boost that doubles the impact of the fusion, at no additional cost to you. Ideally, you can spend most of your time fusing monsters of the same element, and you will sacrifice five monsters at once. There is also the matter of elemental affinity. Finally, you must select the monsters that will be sacrificed for that monster's gain.įusion is a costly process, requiring that you have enough gold (earned from battle or from the sale of unwanted monsters) and that you also be willing to sacrifice potentially powerful allies. Then you can pick the one that will receive any stat boosts. You can tap "Monsters" on the bottom bar, then "Fuse Monsters" from the menu and you will see a list of the current monsters in your stable. This rating is in a sense more important even than the Attack rating, since you get more out of a turn if your character can spend longer in play.Īs noted above, fusion allows you to improve the stats of your various monsters. A monster with a good rating here can rocket around the area, perhaps bumping into multiple fellows and triggering lethal attack chains. Speed determines how quickly your monster will move once it has been launched. It may be tempting to put all of your energy into raising monsters with a high Attack rating, but that's not necessarily the best approach. Though some energy is restored between rounds and when you brush against hearts on the battlefield, you benefit from having a larger HP pool, so to speak.Īttack determines how hard your monster hits, which is obviously important. ![]() ![]() HP increases the total amount of damage your team can sustain in battle before collapsing from exhaustion. At such an early stage in the game, you'd hardly know one way or the other. This could give you something great, or you could get stuck with a relatively weak creature. It is highly recommended for beginners to roll on either this hatcher, or the Guardians Series, as these units make many premiere quests significantly easier.As the game begins, you will get to choose a monster from a small list (they're all just elemental dragons) and then you can try your luck at the monster hatcher.
